Submission Guide
Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract for our convention. Following these guidelines will ensure your submission is complete and ready for review.
Submission Categories
Submission Information
- Originality: The abstract must be based on original work of the authors listed and must not have been previously published or presented before the symposium.
- Word Count: The abstract should not exceed 300 words (approximately 1,500 characters).
- Language: All abstracts must be written n English.
- Deadlines and Edits: All submissions must be received by the stated deadline. No changes can be made after the submission deadline.
- Author Responsibility: It is the authors’ responsibility to ensure the abstract is accurate and free of typo or grammatical errors before submission.
- Structure: your abstract should be organized with the following sections:
- Introduction
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusions
- Abbreviations: Spell out the full name or term the first time you use an abbreviation, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Use the abbreviation thereafter.
- Notification: You will be notified by the specified date if your abstract has been selected for an oral or poster presentation.
- Format: The presentation format will be in the form of a poster presentation. Selection is final based on the scientific panel’s decision. Poster presenter are required to print an A0-Sized (vertical) poster to be displayed on the day of the symposium.
- Registration: The presenting authors must register for the symposium by the specified registration deadline to confirm their participation.
- Accepted Abstracts: The registration fee will be waived for presenters of accepted abstracts.
