* Registration will be considered valid only upon receipt of full payment by the Registration Committee, in accordance with the stated deadline.
* A confirmation email will be sent once the required fees have been received.
* In the event that registration fees are not credited to the conference account on time, a copy of the bank transfer or other proof of payment will be required.

Registration Receipt

  • An official receipt will be issued to registrants and sent via email.
  • If you do not receive the official receipt in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If it is still not received, kindly contact the secretariat at reg.dspasad2026@gmail.com.
  • You may also request a copy of the official receipt at the Onsite Registration.

Substitution Policy

  • Registered delegates who are unable to attend may authorize an alternate to attend in their place (one-for-one substitution) at no additional charge.
  • Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat on or before September 14, 2026.
  • Substitution requests received after the deadline will be subject to a processing fee of USD 50.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to reg.dspasad2026@gmail.com.
  • No refunds will be issued after the regular registration period has ended.
  • Refunds will be processed within two months following DSP-ASAD 2026. Please note that all bank service charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The bank transfer processing fee of USD 50 is non-refundable and applies to payments made via bank transfer.
