Visa
All foreign nationals visiting the Republic of the Philippines are required to hold a valid passport with an expiration date of at least six (6) months beyond the intended date of departure. Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) – Specific Case
- The Philippines does offer an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system, but only for certain travelers (e.g., holders of Taiwan passports via the Manila Economic and Cultural Office system).
- This ETA is essentially a type of temporary visa for eligible travelers and is separate from the general e-Travel registration requirement.
PH VISA-Free Entry to the Philippines
Healthcare providers attending the convention may enter the Philippines without a visa if they are nationals of the countries listed below. Visa-free stays are typically up to 30 days unless otherwise specified.

- Important Notice: Invitation letters will be issued only to participants whose abstracts have been accepted and who have completed their registration payment. Participants whose abstracts have not been accepted are not eligible to receive an invitation letter.
